The Station at Buffalo

Buffalo Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for the new construction of high-end student housing: The Station at Buffalo. The project provided 197 units of luxury housing for students minutes away from the University at Buffalo campuses.

The site consists of two buildings with two-, three-, and four-bedroom units including a clubhouse. Additionally, there are 16 buildings that provide cottage-style units that are three levels with four bedrooms and indoor attached parking. Each housing unit contains full kitchens and en-suite bathrooms for residents. Amenities available to tenants include a resort-style pool and hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor grilling station and fire pit, coffee station, 24-hour computer lounge, group study rooms, fitness center, and a dog park.
