Project Overview

Buffalo Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for a new $6 million, 21,000 SF Health and Education Complex to house the college’s nursing and community and public health academic programs.

The first and second floors are a mix of classrooms, office space and lounges. The third floor is a 21st century training center with simulation labs, control room, fundamentals and advanced labs, community/CNA lab, lactation room, project rooms, lounges and storage. A debrief room connected to the simulation labs with closed circuit capabilities allows students and faculty members to watch simulated procedures and scenarios in real time. The Center also includes a high-tech lecture hall with videoconferencing capabilities.
