Project Overview
Buffalo Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for this $1.9 million restoration project, which included new artificial turf and synthetic surfacing, site drainage, new lighting, scoreboards, and equipment for the football, soccer, and baseball fields, as well as the track.
Our services included electrical design for new football and baseball field lighting and the baseball press box; electrical requirements for new scoreboards; power distribution upgrades; and electrical infrastructure for a future PA system and track lighting. Mechanical design services included ventilation upgrades to the maintenance office/storage building.
Locker room improvements included new lockers, HVAC, and lighting upgrades, and a new unisex employee bathroom was constructed within the service building.
Buffalo Engineering also previously provided services at the complex, including plumbing design for a baseball field watering system in 2010 and a $250,000 lighting improvement project for the football field in 2013.
